Service terms

These Service Terms apply to paid work done by Tools XYZ (https://www.toolsxyz.in), including website, blog, app, design and SEO services. They work together with our Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer. By asking us to start a project and paying the first payment, you agree to them.
Scope of work
Before work starts we agree in writing (email or WhatsApp) what will be delivered, what is not included, and the expected timeline. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Prices and quotes
Prices on the Services page are starting prices only. The final price depends on your requirements and is confirmed in a quote before work begins.
Payment
[EDIT: example] We usually ask for an advance payment to start (for example 50 percent), with the balance due on delivery or at agreed milestones. Final files, access and handover are given after full payment.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give the content, logins, files and feedback we need on time. Delays on your side can move the delivery date. You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, everything you give us.
Revisions
[EDIT: example] Each project includes a fixed number of revision rounds as agreed in the quote (for example two). Extra changes or new features are charged separately.
Third-party costs
Costs charged by others, such as domains, hosting, premium themes and plugins, paid APIs, and app store fees, are not included in our price unless we say so in the quote.
Ownership
After full payment, you own the final deliverables made for you, such as the finished design, theme or app code agreed in the quote. Third-party libraries, fonts, plugins and templates stay under their own licenses. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
We keep your private business information and access details confidential and use them only for your project.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, AdSense approval or app store approval. See our Disclaimer.
Cancellation and refunds
[EDIT: example] You may cancel a project at any time. The advance covers work already done and time reserved, so it is generally non-refundable once work has started. If we are unable to deliver the agreed work, we will refund the part of the payment that covers the undelivered work.
Support after delivery
We fix bugs in our own delivered work reported within an agreed period after delivery (for example 15 days). Ongoing maintenance is a separate paid service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim about a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
